Island Orchard Cider

Our Cider House

The entire cider making process occurs within this historic, but efficient, building. Each autumn, we begin with freshly pressed apples and pears from our orchard and from neighboring orchards in Door County. The tart cherries we use also come from Door County. Once fermented, the cider ages for several months in stainless steel or oak, and then is bottled on site.

Visitors to our Cider House can see the process of cider making, enjoy our ciders in our Tasting Room + Cider Pub, and purchase bottles of their favorite ciders to take home and enjoy.
