A hard cidery in Ellison Bay with an orchard on Washington Island

Every fall we handpick apples, pears, and more grown in our island orchard. We ferry it across Lake Michigan’s Death’s Door to our taproom and production facility in Ellison Bay. The fruit juices are fermented and crafted into award-winning hard ciders and culinary cider vinegars. These products are available for your enjoyment in our taproom, throughout Wisconsin, and online.
